Insurance

I accept multiple health insurances (refer to list). If you would like to use your insurance, please verify coverage and copay with your insurance company before our first session.

Please note, for billing purposes insurance companies require that I issue a psychiatric diagnosis (eg. Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder). If this is of any concern to you, please bring this up in our initial consult or first session.

Self pay rates

If you choose to pay out of pocket, my standard rate is $175 per 50 minute session.

If this rate makes therapy inaccessible for you, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss the possibility a supported rate.

Payment Methods

I am a provider with Grow Therapy. If you would like to use insurance, I can send you a link to schedule with me through the Grow platform, and payments will be made by credit card through that site.

Self-pay clients may also use the Grow platform or make payments via Check or Venmo (@Sara-Gleason-2)

Late cancellation & no-show fees

Please give 24 hours advanced notice via email or text if you have to cancel a session. With limited exceptions for sickness and emergencies, my fee for late cancellations or no-shows is $85
